Return Policy:
Under standard conditions, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not permitted, except in specific instances where items are discovered to be damaged. To initiate any return, exchange, or refund request, it is essential to provide an uncut, clear, 360-degree unboxing video showcasing the complete unboxing process, from the opening of the courier bag/carton box to unpacking the parcel. This video must be sent within 24 hours of parcel receipt to info@xlntcosmetics.co.in Failure to
provide adequate evidence within the stipulated timeframe may result in the rejection of the return, exchange, or refund request.

Returns:
Returns are not accepted for final sale items unless flaws in the end product are identified, provided the original invoice is retained, and the items are unused and in their original packaging. To authorize a return, contact us at info@xlntcosmetics.co.in within 24 hours of delivery, attaching appropriate images and the required unboxing video. Exchanges:
We only facilitate exchanges for defective or damaged items, provided the original invoice is retained, and the items are unused and in their original packaging. To request an exchange, contact us at info@xlntcosmetics.co.in within 24 hours of delivery, attaching appropriate images and the required unboxing video. We reserve the right to reject exchange requests without prior notification. If your exchange is approved, please send your item to the address mentioned above.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days. 

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. If you require further assistance, please reach out to us at info@xlntcosmetics.co.in

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method.
